How does your flower delivery service work? Our flower delivery service is designed to make sending flowers a hassle-free experience. Simply browse our website to choose the perfect bouquet or arrangement for your recipient. Provide the necessary delivery details, including the recipient's address, phone number and your desired delivery date. Once your order is placed, our team will carefully arrange the flowers and ensure they are delivered to the specified location on the chosen date.

How long will my fresh flowers last? You can expect your fresh blooms to last between 3-7 days. Flowers will always last longer if they are well looked after. Buoy+Sea is not responsible for lack of care once delivered, such as not placing in fresh water or a spike in temperature. If you have a problem with the quality of your florals, you MUST contact us within 24 hours + if necessary we may send you a replacement. Please note- after 24 hours no flowers will be replaced. 

Can I choose the colour of my florals?
Buoy+Sea CANNOT guarantee the exact colour or variations of ANY flower, plant or product used in the arrangements. All-natural products are subject to differences, environmental impacts and no two products will ever be the same. We will substitute if necessary to make your arrangement as gorgeous as possible. Images shown on the website should be used as a guide of the style and colour palette. If you would like something specific it is best to give as much notice as possible so that there is enough time to source the florals.

Where do you deliver? We offer FREE flower delivery within the Mornington Peninsula.   Please check our website or contact our customer service to confirm if we deliver to your desired location.

What about outside of the Mornington Peninsula? We will always try an accommodate a delivery outside of the Mornington Peninsula, get in contact with us before placing an order and we'll let you know if we can assist! A surcharge pay apply for deliveries further afield.

Can I request same-day delivery? Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before our 9am. Please note that same-day delivery may not be available during peak seasons or on certain holidays. Once we reach capacity for the day you'll be unable to order for same day so please get your orders in as soon as possible. 

I have missed the cut off, can I still order for same day delivery?  If you would really love your flowers delivered & it's after the cut off time, please give us a quick call & if we can fit it in, we will do it for you! PLEASE NOTE- If you do fail to provide a date for delivery or reply to a follow up email then we will deliver at our earliest convenience. We do not always have time to check our messages on social media as we are busy making your gorgeous blooms so the best way to contact us is by PHONE, TEXT or EMAIL.

What days do you deliver? We deliver fresh blooms Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday + Saturday each week until we reach capacity for the day.

Can I select a specific time for delivery? Unfortunately, we cannot take any timed deliveries. Each day is different, and we are usually running on a tight schedule. If you do require a timed delivery, please call us to discuss and see if we can help you. If you request a time for delivery without contacting us, we most likely will not be able to fulfil that request. For example- "delivery by 10.30am" Considering most of our orders only come in by 9am this is not a realistic time frame & we will do our best to have them delivered asap. 

What happens if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery? If the recipient is not available at the specified address during the delivery attempt, our delivery personnel will try to contact them and arrange an appropriate time for delivery.  If there is nobody home to accept the delivery, it will be left in a safe spot at the specified address, if we do need to re deliver there will be another fee.

What if there is a problem delivering my order? Where the incorrect delivery address has been given or we cannot access the property due to locked gates or apartment blocks there will be a re delivery fee charged. If they are not at the address and you would like the driver to deliver to a different address, then please organise this with us directly.

Can I include a personalized message with my flowers?  Absolutely! We offer the option to include a personalized message with your flowers. During the ordering process, you can write a message, and we will make sure it is included with the delivery.

Can I track the status of my flower delivery? We'll let you know when your delivery is onboard with our driver via text so you'll know when your flowers are on their way.

What are your payment options? We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards, debit cards, and online payment platforms including Afterpay. You can choose the most convenient option for you during the checkout process on our website.

What is your refund or cancellation policy? We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Refunds or cancellations are subject to our refund policy, which can vary depending on the circumstances and the stage of order processing. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you offer any additional gift options? Yes, as well as delivering gorgeous florals you can include delicious chocolates from Bahen&Co, cocktails from Melbourne Martini, jewellery from HerHue or even a bottle of bubbles with your bouquet.

Other information Flowers are natural materials and seasonal - all buyers accept and acknowledge. colour and flower availability changes day to day and flowers will not be exactly as depicted in any images on this website - flowers will be fresh and of the best quality. The style and florals choice remains at the discretion of Buoy+Sea.
